These terms govern your use of ShuttleSense. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ShuttleSense.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions, credits & billing
- Free trial: one analysis of a video up to 5 minutes, requiring a verified account and a card on file. You won't be charged for the trial analysis.
- Pro: $9.99 / month including 60 minutes of analysis per month (no rollover), or an annual plan with two months free.
- Top-ups: additional minutes can be purchased (e.g. +30 minutes for $8); purchased minutes do not expire.
- Per-video limit: up to 20 minutes of footage per analysis on Pro.
- Subscriptions are billed via the app store and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period.
4. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you have no right to, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
5. Filming consent & content
You confirm that everyone appearing in your uploads has consented to being recorded and analysed. You retain ownership of your videos; you grant us the limited licence needed to process and store them to provide the service.
6. Analysis accuracy
ShuttleSense provides automated estimates for coaching and entertainment. Results may contain errors and should not be treated as officiating or medical advice. If a result looks wrong, contact support.
7. Refunds
Credits are automatically refunded if an analysis fails. For concerns about analysis quality, contact [email protected] and we'll review it.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
